	    沈大慶：北京德成經濟研究院學術委員會秘書長，上海復旦大學理學博士 ，首都經濟貿易大學教授。曾任首都經濟貿易大學應用數學系主任，碩士研究生導師。從事數量經濟、運籌學、統(tǒng)計學和經濟博弈論的研究與教育。
